Terms

Terms & Conditions

Terms for using the Trusted Garage website. The site describes auto repair services and saves requests in the browser. It is not a checkout.

Last updated 14 October 2026. These terms cover use of the Trusted Garage website. They are the rules for reading the pages and for using the request form. They are not a repair contract.

The website

Trusted Garage provides auto repair and vehicle maintenance. It publishes service categories, car care notes, and a form that saves a request in your browser. It is not an authorized dealer, an official service center, or a manufacturer-approved workshop. A vehicle make that you type into a form describes your car. It does not make the website an official service page for that manufacturer.

No checkout and no prices

The website does not display prices, currencies, or a price filter. It does not process payment, and it does not collect card numbers. Nothing on a page is an offer to sell a repair at a stated amount. There is no cart, no checkout, and no invoice. Because the site does not take payment, these terms do not publish a labor rate, a parts charge, or a returns rule for paid work. Those subjects are outside what the website does.

No confirmed appointment

Buttons that say “Request an Appointment” or “Save service request” lead to a form or save a note. A preferred date field stores the date you typed. The page does not check a calendar, does not hold a bay, and does not display a message that an appointment is confirmed. A request is a request. It becomes a scheduled visit only if that is agreed somewhere other than these pages, and these pages do not claim that agreement has happened.

Service descriptions

Category text describes kinds of work, such as diagnostics, brake service, suspension service, oil and filter service, and preventive maintenance. It does not confirm a parts brand, a repair time, a warranty, a certification, or availability unless a page explicitly says that fact is known. At present, those facts are not stated as confirmed. A symptom you describe is your description. The website does not turn it into a diagnosis.

The service list

The services page can filter and sort the cards. Search compares the words already printed on the cards. Sort changes order by name, by the featured sequence, or by service category. There is no control for price, because price is not a field on the card. Hiding a card with a filter does not delete a category. It only changes what that visit shows.

Your request

You agree not to submit payment details, passwords, or another person’s information without a reason to do so. You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle description you write. The website does not verify it. Saving a request does not create an account. The site does not publish star ratings or customer stories.

Limits

Car care notes are general information. They are not advice that a particular repair is required for a particular vehicle, and they are not a promise of a result. The website is provided as a set of pages. It does not warrant that a service will be available on a date, that a part will be obtainable, or that a fault will be found or fixed.

For the use of these pages, the terms, the disclaimer, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy are the written rules. A service card does not add a sale condition. A guide does not add a warranty. A photograph does not add a specification. Opening a card does not add a reservation. If you do not accept these terms, stop using the site. You may still read the service categories.

Terms of use in more detail

These terms explain how the Trusted Garage website may be used. They apply to the pages published under this site: the home page, the service catalog, the diagnostics, brake, and maintenance pages, the car care notes, the service details page, the about page, the FAQ, the contact page, the privacy policy, the cookie policy, the disclaimer, and these terms. They describe a reading and request website for a workshop. They are not a repair contract, not a sale contract, and not a booking contract. A repair, a price, or a time, if any of those is ever agreed, would be agreed outside these pages and would be stated in that later conversation, not implied by a card.

The workshop named on the site is Trusted Garage, Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary. The phone number is +36 20 838 2111. The email address is [email protected]. Opening hours are not a term of this website because they are not published. A registration number and a tax number are not terms of this website because they are not published. Do not add them to a quotation of these terms.

What you are allowed to do

You may read the pages, follow the links, use the catalog search and filter, expand the guides and the FAQ, and print or save a copy of a page for your own reference. You may submit a service request if you accept what the form actually does: it stores a copy in your browser and it should open an email draft to [email protected], which you may edit or discard. You may call the published phone number and you may send email to the published address. You may visit the published address. You may quote a short passage in order to point someone at the correct page, without presenting that passage as a new promise the site did not make.

What the pages are not offering

No page offers a price. No page offers a currency, a deposit, a total, or a checkout. Sorting and filtering do not rank services by cost. A button that says “Ask about this service” is an invitation to ask, not a tag with a hidden figure. No page offers a confirmed appointment. A preferred date is a note in your request. The website does not operate a calendar that accepts or refuses that date. No page offers a warranty, a guarantee of repair time, or a guarantee that a part is available. No page offers manufacturer authorization. Trusted Garage is not an authorized dealer, an official service center, or a manufacturer-approved workshop, and it is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer. Naming a make or model in a form does not change that sentence.

No page offers an account, a password, a public profile, a review slot, or a rating. No page offers payment processing. You agree not to submit payment details. If you submit them anyway, you do so against these terms, and the site still has no payment function that could use them safely. The presence of your card number in a local copy or in an email draft would be a result of what you typed, not a request from the form.

Service descriptions

Service names describe categories: diagnostics, engine diagnostics, brake service, suspension, steering, oil and filter service, electrical diagnostics, battery service, cooling, tires and wheels, preventive maintenance, and vehicle inspection. A description explains the kind of question the category is for. It does not state that the workshop has already inspected your car. It does not state the cause of a noise, a light, or a leak. It does not state an interval in kilometres or months. It does not state a measurement, a pressure, a fluid specification, or a parts brand. If you need a figure the page does not print, the figure is not a term of use. Ask the workshop. Do not treat a gap as a number you may fill in and then attribute to the site.

Photographs illustrate workshop scenes. Their alt text is the description of what is in the frame. The photographs are not a contractual description of the Trusted Garage premises, of staff, or of a completed repair. You may not present them as official manufacturer images or as proof of a result. The logo identifies the site name. It is not a manufacturer emblem and it is not a certification mark.

The request form

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. The website does not verify your name, your email, your phone number, or your description of the vehicle. You agree that a saved request is not an account and not an order. You agree that opening an email draft is not the same as sending it, and that sending it is your act. You agree that the page’s note does not confirm delivery and does not confirm an appointment. You agree not to tell a third person that a booking exists solely because you chose a date on the form.

You agree not to submit another person’s information without a proper reason, and not to submit passwords or payment details. You agree not to use the form to send unlawful content, malicious links, or material that has nothing to do with a vehicle service question. The form is not a general publishing tool. The site does not review submissions before they are stored locally and placed in a draft, because that storage and that draft happen on your device. The workshop is not obliged, by these terms, to answer every message. A response, if one is given by phone or email, is a separate communication and creates only what that communication actually says.

Local copies

The copy under the key tg-inquiries stays in your browser until you remove it, until older entries drop off after the twenty-item limit, or until the browser clears it. You are responsible for who else can read that browser profile. The website is not responsible for a shared computer, a borrowed phone, or a device you left unlocked. Removing the copy does not recall an email you have already sent. The privacy policy and the cookie policy explain the storage in more detail and are part of the rules for the form. If you do not accept local storage of the request or the opening of a draft, do not submit the form. You may still read the site and you may still call or email on your own.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The text, layout, and logo of the site are published so you can read the services and contact the workshop. You may not copy the site into another website and present it as your own workshop. You may not strip the limits out of the text — the missing prices, the missing hours, the missing approvals — and republish a version that adds them. You may not use the photographs as evidence of a specific job. You may not attempt to break the pages, overload them, or inject script into the forms. The forms store text. They are not an invitation to test attacks against a workshop. Automated harvesting of the pages in order to build a misleading directory that adds ratings or prices is not an acceptable use.

Third parties

Your browser may request font files from Google. That request is described in the cookie policy and the privacy policy. Google’s terms apply to Google’s service. Your email provider’s terms apply to mail you send. Your telephone provider’s terms apply to calls you place. These terms do not control those companies. Links, if any appear in the legal pages, go to other pages of this same site. A future external link would leave this site, and the page you land on would have its own rules. The service pages do not include a payment partner, an advertising partner, or a review platform.

No professional advice beyond the pages

The car care notes and the service descriptions are general explanations of categories. They are not a procedure for repairing a brake system, opening a cooling system, or diagnosing a warning light at the roadside. They are not legal advice, not financial advice, and not a safety inspection of your car. If a vehicle is unsafe to drive, you cannot settle that question by reading a paragraph. The paragraph’s job is to help you name the service you want to ask about. The workshop’s job, if you engage it, happens through the contact paths the site actually publishes, not through the paragraph alone.

Changes, availability, and the whole agreement on the site

The pages may be updated. The date on a policy is the date printed on that policy. Continued use of the site after you have read a page means you are using the page as published, not an older copy you remember. The site is made of static pages. It may be unavailable when a file is missing, when a browser is too old to run the menu, or when a network problem prevents the page from loading. Unavailability is not an admission that a service was withdrawn, and it is not a booking failure, because the site was not holding a booking.

These terms, the disclaimer, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy are the written rules for the pages. A service card does not add a sale condition. A guide does not add a warranty. A photograph does not add a specification. A form note does not add a confirmed appointment. If you do not accept these terms, do not submit the form. You may still read the categories. Questions about the terms can be sent to [email protected], asked on +36 20 838 2111, or raised at Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary. A question does not rewrite the terms by itself. Only the text published on the site does that.

Nothing in these terms creates an authorized-dealer relationship, a partnership with a parts brand, a published rating, or a staff biography. Nothing in these terms is a promise that a message was delivered. The promise the site makes about the form is narrower and is already stated: a local copy can be saved, and a draft can be opened for you to send.

Examples of what these terms allow and refuse

You may open the brake service page, read that brake service means inspection and maintenance of the braking system, and then phone +36 20 838 2111 to ask about a noise. That use fits the terms. You may not add a sentence, in a repost, that the page promised a particular pad brand or a fixed price. The page did not. You may fill the contact form with your name, your email, the category, the vehicle, and a description of the pedal, then send the draft to [email protected]. That use fits the terms. You may not treat the preferred date as a reservation and tell a third person the car is booked in. The terms forbid that reading of the form.

You may quote the address Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary, as the workshop address, because the site prints it. You may not quote an opening hour, a tax number, or a registration number as if it appeared in these terms. It does not. You may ignore the form and send your own email. You may not scrape the service cards into a shop that displays prices beside them. You may read the car care notes as general vocabulary. You may not follow them as a repair manual and then say the website instructed a dangerous step. The notes describe categories. They do not instruct you to open a hot cooling system, dismantle a brake, or disconnect safety systems.

A form note that says a copy was saved is true only about the browser. It is not an invoice, not a work order, and not an acceptance of a job. A photograph of a brake disc is true as an illustration of a component. It is not a condition report. A statement that Trusted Garage is not an authorized dealer is a limit you must leave intact if you repeat the site’s description. Removing that limit and adding “official service” would break these terms even if the rest of the sentence stayed flattering. The terms protect the reader from the site over-claiming, and they also bind a reader who would over-claim on the site’s behalf.

If you disagree with a limit, the remedy is to stop using the form and, if you still have a vehicle question, to ask it directly by phone or email so the answer can be given in that conversation rather than imagined from a card. The site will not negotiate the limit inside a web paragraph. There is no checkout in which to accept extra conditions, because there is no checkout. There is no account settings page in which to opt into ratings or newsletters, because there are no ratings and no newsletters. The published rules are the pages themselves. Using the site means using those pages as written, including the refusals.

These examples do not add a new offer. They show the same rules on ordinary facts: a noise, a form, an address, a photograph, and a sentence about dealer status. When a situation is not listed, apply the same pattern. If the page did not state the fact, the terms do not create it. If the page did state the fact, you may rely on it as a description of the website, not as a completed repair. Contact for anything about a particular car remains +36 20 838 2111, [email protected], and Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary, with the understanding that contact starts a conversation and does not, by itself, finish one.

How a disagreement with the site should be handled

If you believe a page over-claims, compare it with the disclaimer and with these terms. The allowed description is vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and auto repair at Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary, with the phone +36 20 838 2111 and the email [email protected]. A form that stores tg-inquiries and opens a draft is allowed to be described that way. A form described as a confirmed booking, a paid order, or a delivered message is not an allowed description, even if the button was pressed. Photographs described as illustrations are allowed. Photographs described as the workshop building or as staff portraits are not.

If you want a term the site does not offer — a published price, a published hour, a warranty paragraph, a registration number — you will not find it by rereading the catalog. Asking the workshop may produce an answer in a real conversation. That answer is not retroactively added to these terms unless the website text itself is changed. Until then, do not quote the answer as if this page had always contained it. Do not insert it into a copy of the page. The terms are the pages as published, including every refusal.

Stopping use of the form is always available. Reading can continue. Calls and emails can continue. Nothing in that choice creates an account to delete, because no account was created. The local copy can be removed with the button on the contact page or the service details page. Mail you already sent is outside these pages. That is the clean end of the terms: use the site as a way to read and to ask, and do not use it as a way to invent an offer the workshop website did not make.

The terms do not expand by implication

Implication is the usual way a short website is turned into a contract it never offered. A date field implies a diary. A service card implies a fixed job. A phone number implies published hours. A workshop photograph implies the actual building. These terms reject those implications. The date field stores a preference. The card names a category. The phone number +36 20 838 2111 is a phone number. The photograph is an illustration. The address Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary, is an address. The email [email protected] is an email address. The form stores a local copy and opens a draft. Read each of those sentences as complete. Do not add a second sentence that the site did not write and then call the pair an agreement.

If you use the site, you use it on those complete sentences. If you need a different agreement, you will not find it by clicking further. You can still ask the workshop a direct question. The answer, if one is given, stands on its own and does not rewrite this page. That is the last rule, and it is the reason the terms are longer than the form: so the form cannot be quietly expanded into an order, a booking, a payment, or a warranty.

End of the terms

These terms end without a price, a booking, or a warranty. Questions go to [email protected], +36 20 838 2111, or Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary.
