Workshop
Trusted Garage provides vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair. It is not an authorized dealer, official service center, or manufacturer-approved workshop, and it is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer.
What to include, and what not to expect
The form is for a question about a vehicle service. A useful message has your name, an email address you actually read, the service, the vehicle if you know it, and the question in a few plain sentences. A phone number is optional. A preferred date is optional and is only a note. Please do not put a card number, a password, or an identity document number in the message. There is nowhere on this website to pay, and the form will not become a receipt or a confirmed booking.
When you press the button, the browser stores a copy of the request on this device and should open an email draft to [email protected]. You send that draft from your own email app. This page cannot tell you that the message arrived. It also cannot tell you that a bay is free or that a repair will be done.
What is not listed
The published contacts are Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary, +36 20 838 2111, and [email protected]. Opening hours are not published. The pages also omit a legal registration number, a tax number, staff names, and manufacturer approvals, because those facts are not established here.
Trusted Garage is not an official dealer service center for any vehicle manufacturer. You may name the make and model of your vehicle so the question is clear. That use does not create a relationship with the manufacturer.
A saved request can be removed with the button on this page or on the service details page. It lives in the browser, not in an account. The privacy policy describes that storage. The cookie policy explains that our scripts do not set cookies. The terms explain that a request is not an appointment and not an order.
Ways to get in touch
Trusted Garage can be reached at the workshop, by phone, or by email. The address is Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary. The phone number is +36 20 838 2111. The email address is [email protected]. Those three are the published contacts. Opening hours are not published, so this page does not guess at a time of day when a call will be answered or when the door will be open. If timing matters, say so when you call, when you email, or in the message, and treat any reply you actually receive as the answer. Do not treat the existence of a date field as a published schedule.
The form on this page is a fourth path. It asks for your name and email, and it allows a phone number, a service, a vehicle, a preferred date, a subject, and a message. When you press “Save and open email,” the browser keeps a copy of what you typed and should open a mail draft addressed to [email protected]. The draft is not sent until you send it. The note that appears on the page says the copy was saved and that the draft should open. It does not say the workshop has read the message, and it does not say an appointment is booked.
You can ignore the form and use the phone or the email directly. The form is convenient when you want the fields laid out and a local copy you can reread. It is not a gate. A visit to the address does not require a form submission first. A call does not require one either. If you do all three, you may repeat yourself. That is harmless. The website will not merge a call, a visit, and a draft into one tracked case, because it does not run a case system.
What to say
A useful message names the service if you know it, names the vehicle make and model, and describes the question. For a fault, describe what you noticed, when it happens, and whether a warning light is on. For maintenance, name the job, such as oil and filter service or a general inspection, and add anything you already know from the material that came with the car. For brakes, describe the pedal, any noise, any pull, and any lamp. For a battery or an electrical problem, say what still works. For cooling, describe the temperature behavior or the leak without opening a hot system to get a better sentence.
A preferred date can be included as a preference. Write it as a preference in the message as well if the date is important, so it is not mistaken for a reservation. A year of the car can go in the message. A vehicle identification number is optional and is not asked for. Payment details are never useful on this form. The site does not take payment and does not show a price. A card number in the message would only be a sensitive detail stored in your browser and copied into a draft. Leave it out.
The copy on this device
Submitted requests are listed further up this page when any exist. The list reads the local storage key tg-inquiries. It can hold up to twenty recent requests. It is visible to anyone who uses this browser profile. It is not visible, through this website, on your phone if you submitted on a computer, or the other way around. Remove the list with the button when you no longer want it on the device. Clearing the browser’s site data also removes it. An email you already sent remains in your mail program. Deleting the local list does not delete that mail, and it does not delete a mail the workshop has already received.
The short forms on the home page and the about page do not create this list. They only carry a name, an email, and a service choice to this page so you can complete the message. If the fields are already filled when you arrive, check them before you add the vehicle and the question. Prefill can be wrong if you typed quickly on the previous page. You can change every field before you submit.
What a reply can and cannot be
This website does not generate an automatic confirmation of a booking, a job, or a price. If you receive an email or a phone call later, that reply is a separate communication. Judge it by its own words. Do not assume it includes a warranty, a manufacturer approval, or a fixed scope that the website never stated. Do not assume a date you typed has been accepted unless the reply says so. The terms describe the website. They are not a repair contract created by opening the contact page.
If the draft does not open, the usual causes are a device without a mail application or a browser that blocked the link. The address to type yourself is [email protected]. The phone number to dial is +36 20 838 2111. The place to go is Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary. The privacy policy explains the same flow in more detail, including Google Fonts and the fact that the site’s own scripts do not set cookies. Read it if you are about to store a personal number on a shared computer. Read the disclaimer if you want the list of claims the site does not make.
Contact is successful when you have actually called, actually sent the email, or actually visited, and when you have described the vehicle. Contact is not completed by filling the form and closing the laptop before the draft is sent. The button saves your words and prepares the draft. The send action, the call, and the visit are yours.
Using the address, the phone, and the form together
Pick one path and finish it. If you call +36 20 838 2111, have the vehicle and the symptom ready, and do not assume the website has already sent a file about you. If you email [email protected], write the same facts you would have put in the form. If you use the form, wait for the draft and send it. If you visit, the place is Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary. Doing all four in one afternoon is allowed, but it can create four separate conversations that the website cannot join up. The site has no ticket number to quote.
After you send, judge success by the send action, not by the on-page note. The note means the browser stored the text and tried to open a draft. Your mail program’s sent folder, if the message left it, is the record of the email. The list on this page is the record of the local copy. They are not the same record. You can delete the local list and still have sent the mail. You can keep the local list and still have forgotten to send. Look at the mail program before you decide the workshop has the message.
Opening hours stay off this page on purpose. A preferred date does not reveal them. A phone number does not reveal them. If you need to know when to come, ask in the message or when you call, and wait for an answer that actually states a time. Until that answer exists, you do not have a time, and this contact page will not pretend otherwise. You also do not have a price, a warranty, or a dealer authorization, because those are not printed beside the address. The printed block is the whole of the published contact information.
One more reminder before you leave the form
The contacts printed beside the form are the contacts that exist: Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary, +36 20 838 2111, and [email protected]. The button saves a browser copy and opens a draft you must send. It does not confirm an appointment, a price, or a delivery receipt. Opening hours are not on the page. If those two sentences are clear, the form is ready to use or ready to ignore in favor of a direct call or a direct email.
