Service Details

Read a service category, then request information. This page does not complete a booking.

DETAILS

What you can learn here

A service details page on this site names the category and explains how to ask a question. It does not invent a labor time, a parts list, a result, or a price. If you opened this page from a service card, the service name is placed in the form. The photograph is a workshop scene. It is not a report on a particular vehicle.

REQUEST

Request Service Information

This form keeps a copy of your note on this device. It does not take payment, and it does not confirm that an appointment is booked or that a repair will be done.

A preferred date is a note in the request. It is not a confirmed appointment. Read the privacy policy.

What a service detail is on this site

A service detail here is an explanation of a category and a place to ask about that category for one vehicle. It is not a quote. The page will tell you the type, such as engine diagnostics, brake service, suspension service, or oil and filter service. It will not invent a parts brand, a repair duration, a warranty, or a price to look complete. If those facts are absent, they are absent because they are not confirmed on the website.

The steps beside the form are the whole path. Choose the service. Read the description that is actually written. Write the vehicle make and model if you know them. A year can go in the message. Submit the form. A copy is saved in this browser, and your email app should open a draft to [email protected]. You send that draft. The page does not confirm delivery, availability of parts, or an appointment. There is no price on the form and no card field. You can also call +36 20 838 2111 or visit Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary.

How to describe the vehicle in the message

Useful details are the ones you know. Say the service. Say the make and model. Say the symptom: a warning light, a noise, a change in braking, or a request for routine maintenance. This form does not upload files. The pictures already on the site are workshop scenes, not photos of the vehicle you are naming. A vehicle identification number is not required.

A preferred date is optional. It is stored with the note. It does not reserve a bay. A request does not make Trusted Garage a manufacturer service center. A vehicle make in your message does not make the request an official dealer booking.

Saved requests stay on this device until you remove them or clear the site data. They are listed on this page when any exist. They are not a server-side account. The privacy policy and the cookie policy explain that local storage, and they explain that the site’s own scripts do not set cookies. Read those pages before you include a phone number if the computer is shared.

What each field on this form is for

The service details page pairs a written description of a service with the request form, so you can check that the category you opened is the category you are asking about. The description changes with the category when you arrive from a card. The fields stay the same. Name and email are required because a request without a way to reply is incomplete. Phone is optional. Service type should match the card. Vehicle make and model is optional but useful. Preferred date is optional. Subject is optional. The message is required, and it should be the question or the symptom in plain sentences.

A year of the vehicle can go in the message if you know it. A vehicle identification number is not requested. Do not add one unless you have a specific reason and you accept that it will sit in the local copy and in the email draft. Payment card numbers, passwords, and identity document numbers do not belong in any field. There is no payment control on the page, and adding a card number does not create a payment. It only creates a sensitive string in a place that does not need it.

The button reads “Save and open email” because that is the action. The browser stores the request in local storage under the key tg-inquiries and should open a draft addressed to [email protected]. The subject line uses the subject you typed, or the service name if the subject is empty. The body lists name, email, phone, service, vehicle, preferred date, and message when those fields have values. You review the draft in your own email program and you send it. If no email program opens, write to [email protected] yourself or call +36 20 838 2111.

What submit does not mean

The page shows a note that a copy was saved and that a draft should open. It does not show a sentence that an appointment is confirmed, because a preferred date is only a note. It does not show a sentence that the message was delivered, because delivery happens only if you send the draft and only if that mail is received, which this page cannot see. It does not show a price, a parts list, or a statement that a part is in stock. It does not show opening hours. The workshop address, which is separate from the form, is Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary.

A lead-style form on the home page and on the about page does not save the request by itself. It carries your name, email, and chosen service to the contact page so you can finish the message there. If you leave before submitting the contact form or this form, nothing is stored under tg-inquiries from that short form. That distinction keeps the local copy limited to requests you actually submitted.

The list under the form

Saved requests appear on this page and on the contact page when any exist. The list is a reading of the same local storage key. It can show the service, the vehicle, the preferred date, the name, the email, the phone, and the message. It is not a server account. It does not appear on another computer. Anyone who can open this browser profile can read it, which is why a shared computer is a poor place to store a personal phone number you would rather keep private. The button “Remove saved requests” clears the key in this browser. Clearing site data for the website does the same thing from the browser’s own settings. Removing the list does not recall an email you already sent.

Up to twenty recent requests are kept. An older copy can drop off the list when newer ones are added. Do not treat the list as an archive you can rely on later. If you need a record, keep the email you sent. The website does not offer a login that would store the same text on a server.

Choosing the service name carefully

The select list uses the same names as the catalog: vehicle diagnostics, engine diagnostics, brake service, suspension service, steering service, oil and filter service, electrical diagnostics, battery service, cooling system service, tire and wheel service, preventive maintenance, and vehicle inspection. Pick the name that matches the page you came from. If you arrived without a category, pick the closest name and explain in the message. A mismatch between the select list and the message is confusing. The message should win as the description of your question, but the selected name is what a reader sees first.

Service descriptions on this page are summaries of the category. They repeat the limits that apply everywhere on the site. Diagnostics does not name a failed part from a distance. Brake service does not publish a parts brand or a labor time. Maintenance does not publish an interval. Electrical, battery, cooling, steering, suspension, and wheel categories do not become a remote inspection because you selected them. The photograph beside the form is a workshop scene for the topic, not a picture of your vehicle and not a picture of a named staff member.

After the draft

Read the draft before you send it. Check that the email address you typed is one you actually read. Check that the vehicle line is the car you mean. Check that the message does not include a payment number you added out of habit. Then send it if you want the workshop to receive that text by email. You can also call. You can also visit the address. None of those steps is performed by this page on your behalf, and none of them is confirmed by a green checkmark that the site does not show.

If you only wanted to read, you do not need to submit. The description is on the page without the form. The privacy policy explains the local copy and the draft in more detail. The terms explain that a request is not an order. The cookie policy explains that the site’s scripts do not set cookies and that the request list is local storage, not a cookie. Read those pages if you want the rules before you press the button.

A last check before you submit

Read the category description beside the form and confirm it is the service you mean to ask about. Read your message and remove any sentence that states a failed part as a fact the website agreed with. The website has not agreed. Leave the make and model in the vehicle field if you know them. Leave the preferred date blank if you do not have a preference, so an empty date is not mistaken for a demand. Check the email address character by character. The draft will use it as your address, and a reply can only come back to what you typed.

Press the button only when you want the local copy and the draft. After it opens, read the draft in your mail program. Send it to [email protected] if the text is right. Close it if you are not ready. The copy remains on the device either way until you remove saved requests. If you would rather not create that copy, do not submit. Call +36 20 838 2111 or write the email yourself, and visit Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary, if a visit is the path you want. The service details page documents the form. It does not document a completed repair, a price, an opening hour, or an authorized-dealer relationship.

If you came from a card, the selected service should already match that card. If it does not, change the select list before you submit. A brake question saved under oil and filter service is still your words, but the first line a reader sees will be the wrong label. The message can correct it, and it is better if the label does not need correcting. Nothing in that correction adds a fee or a time. Those are still not on the page. The privacy policy remains the place to read before you store a phone number on a shared browser.

After the fields are filled

Submit only if you want the browser copy and the draft to [email protected]. Send the draft yourself. If you would rather not, call +36 20 838 2111 or go to Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary. The form still will not confirm an appointment, show a price, or claim an authorized-dealer status. Those limits are the last thing the service details page needs to repeat, and they stay in force after the button is pressed.

The form ends where the draft begins

Once the draft is open, this page has finished. Sending it to [email protected] is your step. Calling +36 20 838 2111 is your step. Visiting Összekötő u. 1, 1173 Budapest, Hungary, is your step. None of those steps is confirmed by the form, and none of them adds a price.
